In the Strategic Selling Blue Sheet, there is a section called "Possible Actions." In the Miller Heiman training event this section is taught to list all the possible things you could do to move a deal toward closure. In Sales Access Manager, you would type a list as well. Out of those possible actions, there is a checkbox to the right, when you click your mouse into the check box this pushes your possible action to the Best Action Plan.
Once you have specificified something in the Best Action Plan, then to have it write to tasks in your CRM system, you must select an internal user and specify a date then save the Sheet. In the tasks section of your CRM system, the action item will appear as a "Best Action".
