In the web browsers you need to allow the URL - https://saleswebserver.net as  an allowed URL in an on-demand crm.  You may have one or more pop-up blockers on.  Check the Troubleshooting Guide in the On-line help to assist with this as it is dependent on which web browser and what version you may be using.
