Autorecovery and locking occurs when a sheet is not properly saved and exited. This can occur because a user just clicked "Save" icon and closed the browser window, or closed the browser window without saving. The data gets locked so it is not lost. If this occurs, when a user opens the sheet again, perform a proper "Save & Exit" then open the sheet again and it is again in a state of read/write.
Autosaving Features have also been added as an option for
administrators. If the first situation does not resolve the issue,
please check with your SAM Admin to find out if Autosaving has been
enabled. Autosaving when enabled, will automatically save the sheet
data every 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes depending on the setting selected by
your SAM admin. This holds the data entered in the sheet, but does not
release it to the CRM or the SAM Server. When finished utilizing or
entering data in the sheet, please peform a proper "Save and Exit" to
release the information so another user may enter data in the sheet if
needed. |
