If you have experienced issues with the Outlook Plug-In such as duplicate "Sugar Options", or it frequently disabling itself for Outlook 2003, you should update the plug-in.
1. Contact yourTeam Edition Administrator and request that he/she follows up with support for the location of the new Outlook Plug-In that can be downloaded.
2. Once downloaded follow the uninstall instructions located in another FAQ.
3. Install the new version. Remember to update the URL in the Sugar Options of your Team Edition instance, username and password. |
