Uninstalling Older Versions of Team Edition Outlook Plug-In

Follw the instructions below to uninstall the Team Edition Outlook Plug-In for version 4.2 and 4.5.

Full uninstall of Sugar (Team Edition)Plugin for Microsoft Outlook

(Please be aware that this does not cover Outlook 2007)

To insure a clean uninstall, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

2. Remove Sugar.Connect COM Object from Outlook's COM Add-Ins:

Outlook versions earlier than 2003:
- Select Tools >> Options >> Advanced Tab >> COM Add-Ins...

Outlook 2003:
- Select Tools >> Options >> Other Tab >> Advanced Options (located in the General section)>> COM Add-Ins...

3. Clean up plug-in related files:

Remove all files and folders from C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataSugarCRM

Remove all files and folders from C:Program FilesSugarCRMSugarCRM Outlook Plug-In

4. Clean up registry entries:

Remove SugarCRM entries from HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOfficeOutlookAddins
