In most cases you are clicking on the + sign to add information in the Goal Details section when this occurs. Remember to add at least a “g in the “goal statement area” so you know which goal you entered information into.
If after verifying this information you are still having problems with text saving into the Gold Sheet you should receive an error message. Screen shot the error message and email it to your Sales Access Manager Administrator, with a full description of how you created the error and the name of the account. The sales leader is responsible for forwarding the issue to Level 2 support. If necessary to recreate the error, Level 2 support may ask for temporary access to your account. If this is the case, please provide it so they can duplicate the error. |
